About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers to ensure exceptional experience and platform value
  • Drive adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy across a growing book of business
  • Provide consultative advice and best practices by becoming a specialist in the Smartly.io platform and digital advertising
  • Build and foster strong relationships with customers and key partners like Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to inform sales processes and the product roadmap
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams to solve customer problems

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or a similar customer-facing role
  • Advanced knowledge of social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat)
  • Strong ability to explain complex concepts and translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Results-driven mentality with a bias for action and a collaborative spirit
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events
