About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships by acting as the primary interface between customers and internal departments (Sales, Billing, IT, Product).
  • Coordinate and optimize technical interventions, including installations, maintenance (SAV), and decommissioning of IoT products.
  • Monitor contract profitability, deadlines, and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Plan and pilot the operational activities of field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and communicate weekly performance indicators, dashboards, and reports to clients.
  • Ensure strict compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and implement prevention plans.
  • Identify client needs and relay them to the commercial teams to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client relationship management and technical coordination.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze KPIs to drive operational performance.
  • Strong skills in operational planning and managing field-based technical teams.
  • Commitment to quality and safety compliance (QHSE).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring cross-functional collaboration.
