Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Map accounts to identify, develop, and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Manage existing business and generate new leads from named accounts
• Drive renewal and retention efforts while monitoring client product usage
• Define account retention strategies and execute QoQ growth plans
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives
• Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
• Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics
• Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage requirements such as invoicing

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or similar role within a SaaS/PaaS organization
• Proven experience working within the US market
• Strong working knowledge of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institute
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and results-orientation
