Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships as the primary point of contact to maximize service value
- Drive renewals and growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure seamless onboarding and coordinate field service deployments
- Leverage customer data and trends to drive retention strategies
- Conduct proactive check-ins and troubleshoot customer issues
- Build best practices, playbooks, and automation strategies for customer engagement
- Manage CRM interactions and monitor customer health
- Oversee service delivery timelines and customer touchpoints
Requirements
- 3-5 years of strategic sales, customer success, or account management experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, and process automation tools
