Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships as the primary point of contact to maximize service value
• Drive renewals and growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Ensure seamless onboarding and coordinate field service deployments
• Leverage customer data and trends to drive retention strategies
• Conduct proactive check-ins and troubleshoot customer issues
• Build best practices, playbooks, and automation strategies for customer engagement
• Manage CRM interactions and monitor customer health
• Oversee service delivery timelines and customer touchpoints

Requirements

• 3-5 years of strategic sales, customer success, or account management experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, and process automation tools
