About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own a high-volume portfolio of accounts across the full post-activation lifecycle to drive GTV ramp and product expansion.
  • Design and deploy one-to-many engagement programs, including automated email campaigns, in-app messaging, and lifecycle nudges.
  • Build and maintain scalable resources such as onboarding guides and self-serve content to help customers progress independently.
  • Monitor portfolio-wide health scores using behavioral signals like spend activity, feature adoption, and engagement patterns.
  • Proactively manage churn risk by acting on early warning signals and implementing automated intervention triggers.
  • Analyze usage data to identify patterns and provide structured product feedback to the Product team to improve adoption.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a commercial role managing a high volume of accounts.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze usage patterns across hundreds of accounts.
  • Programmatic thinking skills with experience designing automated lifecycle campaigns and scalable resources.
  • Proficiency working with automation tools and customer success platforms.
  • A commercial, growth-oriented mindset focused on expansion and graduation targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Fintech, SaaS, or payments.
  • Experience in the UAE market.
