About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist property managers, supers, and owners with the Runwise platform
  • Draft and deliver savings analyses for existing customers
  • Identify ongoing opportunities for new products, new buildings, and general advisement
  • Proactively identify potential problems that may lead to reduced savings or missed customer goals
  • Manage relationships with supers, property managers, and owners
  • Answer and respond to technical product queries and troubleshoot issues
  • Work cross-functionally to identify expansion opportunities within a book of business

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of direct customer management experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders from business owners to C-level executives
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to distill technical or complex systems into simple concepts
  • Willingness to work longer hours during peak season (winter)
  • Passion for real estate and/or energy efficiency
