About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist property managers, supers, and owners with the Runwise platform
- Draft and deliver savings analyses for existing customers
- Identify ongoing opportunities for new products, new buildings, and general advisement
- Proactively identify potential problems that may lead to reduced savings or missed customer goals
- Manage relationships with supers, property managers, and owners
- Answer and respond to technical product queries and troubleshoot issues
- Work cross-functionally to identify expansion opportunities within a book of business
Requirements
- 1-3 years of direct customer management experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders from business owners to C-level executives
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to distill technical or complex systems into simple concepts
- Willingness to work longer hours during peak season (winter)
- Passion for real estate and/or energy efficiency
