Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients with a prescriptive and consultative approach
  • Plan and run QBRs and business reviews to align on client goals and roadmap
  • Own the renewal process end-to-end, including forecasting and mitigating churn risk
  • Monitor adoption and health signals to prevent churn through proactive engagement
  • Build success and account plans including stakeholder maps and adoption milestones
  • Identify and deliver on upsell opportunities using customer performance metrics
  • Relay client insights back to product and engineering teams to aid continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of front-office experience at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or hedge fund preferred
  • Or 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (CSM, Account Management) within high-growth fintech
  • Proven track record in analyzing customer performance metrics and delivering strategic recommendations
  • Experience managing customer relationships, including upsell and renewal conversations
  • Strong strategic planning and relationship management skills to influence stakeholders
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for demos and impromptu briefings
  • Extreme sense of ownership and ability to manage competing work streams

Preferred Qualifications

  • High-volume client-facing experience within the AI space
  • Early experience at a hyper-growth startup
  • Direct experience in finance, including banking or private equity
