Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients with a prescriptive and consultative approach
- Plan and run QBRs and business reviews to align on client goals and roadmap
- Own the renewal process end-to-end, including forecasting and mitigating churn risk
- Monitor adoption and health signals to prevent churn through proactive engagement
- Build success and account plans including stakeholder maps and adoption milestones
- Identify and deliver on upsell opportunities using customer performance metrics
- Relay client insights back to product and engineering teams to aid continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success or Account Management)
- Experience within high-growth, enterprise fintech companies selling to investment banking or private equity
- Proven track record in analyzing customer performance metrics and delivering strategic recommendations
- Skilled in managing upsell and renewal conversations
- Strong strategic planning and relationship management skills
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- High-volume client-facing experience within the AI space
- Early experience at a hyper-growth startup
- Direct experience in finance, including banking or private equity
