About the Company

Revin's mission is to bring superintelligence to the built world. We provide operators in Home Services, Construction, and Remodeling with an end-to-end system of intelligence to automate and scale revenue through a modular product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end relationship with enterprise customers during implementation and expansion
  • Lead structured onboarding, implementation planning, and rollout coordination
  • Run a call-heavy cadence to drive product understanding and deployment milestones
  • Document customer workflows and business requirements to inform internal product specifications
  • Partner with forward-deployed engineers to ensure customer needs are reflected in agent configuration
  • Guide customers through adoption across voice, SMS, and email channels
  • Travel to customer sites approximately 1-2 times per month

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in customer success, account management, implementation, or sales
  • Experience in a fast-moving B2B SaaS, AI, or tech company
  • Highly personable, direct, and organized with a process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust with diverse business owners
  • Ability to operate in an unstructured, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior startup experience
  • Background in sales or roles requiring strong live-conversation judgment
