Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to maximize value from the Respond.io platform
- Assist customers during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and platform usage
- Identify opportunities for customer growth and collaborate with internal teams on upsells
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management
- Experience managing international customers and global accounts
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in negotiating complex renewal contracts in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with business messaging platforms, CRM systems, and Customer Success tools
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and software expertise
- Experience optimizing complex business processes
