About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive renewals and upselling revenue.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans focused on product adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Translate customer business objectives into strategic account plans and management KPIs.
  • Drive product adoption through demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Proactively monitor customer usage and health metrics to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product teams to drive product improvements based on structured customer feedback.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner by leveraging internal resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product lifecycles and customer success methodologies.
  • Proven ability to understand technical product requirements and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer success management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the electronics design automation (EDA) industry or Altium Designer.
  • Experience with SaaS products in the industrial or electrical manufacturing sectors.
  • Professional certification in customer success or project management.
