At Reevo, we're reimagining the entire revenue stack from the ground up. We're building software that orchestrates every go-to-market motion, enabling B2B teams to operate faster, smarter, and more collaboratively through automation and intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship as the primary post-sales point of contact and advocate
- Lead regular strategy and success reviews to maximize ROI and platform usage
- Define and deliver actionable success plans and roadmaps with customers
- Monitor account health, track engagement metrics, and mitigate churn risks
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with Account Management
- Partner with Sales to forecast renewals and ensure smooth contract processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Onboarding, and Support to represent customer feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 3–7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within B2B SaaS
- Experience with CRM, RevOps, or GTM technology preferred
- Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level reviews
- Experience with data-driven account management and usage analytics
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco five days a week
