praxipal develops AI-powered specialists for the healthcare industry of tomorrow. Our AI receptionist, Luna, automates patient communication in medical practices. As a market leader in orthodontics with significant funding, we are scaling into other medical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote onboardings with doctors and practice teams
- Train practices on effective collaboration with the AI receptionist
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries
- Monitor product data to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities
- Triage customer requests and communicate technical requirements to Forward Deployed Engineers
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, managing the full customer lifecycle
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication skills
- Data-driven mindset for decision-making and proactive customer management
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and reporting/analysis tools
- Native-level German
