About the role

About the Company

praxipal develops AI-powered specialists for the healthcare industry of tomorrow. Our AI receptionist, Luna, automates patient communication in medical practices. As a market leader in orthodontics with significant funding, we are scaling into other medical specialties.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote onboardings with doctors and practice teams
  • Train practices on effective collaboration with the AI receptionist
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries
  • Monitor product data to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities
  • Triage customer requests and communicate technical requirements to Forward Deployed Engineers

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, managing the full customer lifecycle
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset for decision-making and proactive customer management
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and reporting/analysis tools
  • Native-level German
