Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for Mid-Market business customers
• Drive product adoption and utilization through in-depth product and industry knowledge
• Proactively engage with customers during the renewal process to secure retention
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and optimize usage
• Develop strong relationships to become a trusted advisor
• Work cross-functionally to relay product feedback

Requirements

• Experience increasing customer value through product depth and breadth
• Working knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, Voice AI, and automation platforms
• Proven ability to maximize retention and save percentages
• Success in customer success or account management roles
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and business owners
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Technical aptitude to grasp complex software concepts quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer success, onboarding, or account management experience
• 3+ years of B2B software experience
• 4-year degree
• Growth-oriented approach to AI technology
• History of high performance in previous roles
