Customer Success Manager, PMO

Responsibilities

• Clearly define and communicate business requirements, gain support from internal stakeholders and external partners
• Establish strong relationship and trust with local and global stakeholders, especially for emerging marketplaces in Latin America
• Identify business opportunities and qualified logistic partners, build partner relationship and manage partner performance

Requirements

• Strong project management skills
• Experience building customer relationships and increasing product adoption
• Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• Experience in stakeholder management and influencing executive level leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience of improving operation efficiency with AI solution
• Experience working in cross border e-commerce or global network
