About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure end users understand core functionality and workflows by delivering training on all available modules
  • Track client KPIs and document Plentific’s value to be shared regularly with stakeholders
  • Monitor adoption metrics and use data-driven insights to intervene when usage trends decline
  • Oversee client onboarding and implementation for small/medium clients, including project planning and risk management
  • Coordinate feature introductions and monitor usage post-launch
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to resolve issues and solutionise challenges
  • Develop and maintain governance structures for client engagement, such as QBRs and MBRs
  • Build trusted relationships at all levels, from operational users to senior executives
  • Identify upsell opportunities and liaise with the Strategic Account Director to support growth

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to adapt approaches for different audiences
  • Proven ability to leverage data and insights to track adoption trends and drive outcomes
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and overseeing delivery workstreams
  • Familiarity with CRM and CSM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Planhat)
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot product features effectively
  • Strong attention to detail regarding client interactions and documentation
