About the role

Playground is working to make excellent child care accessible to all. Playground has built best in class software to manage all aspects of running a child care business, aiming to eliminate the administrative work of running a center.

Responsibilities

  • Reduce churn and boost activation by implementing proactive strategies
  • Prioritize customer interventions using product and behavioral signals
  • Monitor and optimize customer health metrics to address risks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Product team to champion enhancements
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and upsell opportunities in the CRM

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS company
  • Experience serving SMB clients
  • Proven track record of managing a book of business
  • Experience in retention conversations and management
  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer success tools
  • Ability to work in-person in the Denver office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a high-growth startup
  • Experience with childcare management software
  • Experience in early childcare
