Playground is working to make excellent child care accessible to all. Playground has built best in class software to manage all aspects of running a child care business, aiming to eliminate the administrative work of running a center.
Responsibilities
- Reduce churn and boost activation by implementing proactive strategies
- Prioritize customer interventions using product and behavioral signals
- Monitor and optimize customer health metrics to address risks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Product team to champion enhancements
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and upsell opportunities in the CRM
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS company
- Experience serving SMB clients
- Proven track record of managing a book of business
- Experience in retention conversations and management
- Proficiency with CRM software and customer success tools
- Ability to work in-person in the Denver office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a high-growth startup
- Experience with childcare management software
- Experience in early childcare
