About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve retention and expansion goals while providing excellent client support
- Act as a product expert for a dedicated portfolio of clients
- Onboard new clients and conduct training sessions to meet business needs
- Conduct formal business reviews to measure renewal probability and client satisfaction
- Analyze customer health and usage data to identify trends and improve adoption
- Collaborate with Account Managers to strategize on account growth
- Document client interactions and manage relationships using Catalyst and Tableau
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Authorized to work in Japan without visa sponsorship
- Knowledge of private equity and venture capital markets
