About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve retention and expansion goals while providing excellent client support
  • Act as a product expert for a dedicated portfolio of clients
  • Onboard new clients and conduct training sessions to meet business needs
  • Conduct formal business reviews to measure renewal probability and client satisfaction
  • Analyze customer health and usage data to identify trends and improve adoption
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to strategize on account growth
  • Document client interactions and manage relationships using Catalyst and Tableau

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Authorized to work in Japan without visa sponsorship
  • Knowledge of private equity and venture capital markets
