About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve retention and expansion goals while providing excellent client support
- Act as a product expert for a dedicated portfolio of clients
- Onboard new clients and conduct training sessions to meet business needs
- Conduct formal business reviews to measure renewal probability and client satisfaction
- Analyze customer health and usage data to identify trends and improve adoption
- Collaborate with Account Managers on retention and growth strategies
- Use Catalyst and Tableau to manage client relationships and monitor usage
- Document client interactions to drive retention
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Authorized to work in Japan without visa sponsorship
- Knowledge of private equity and venture capital markets preferred
