About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve retention and expansion goals measured quarterly
- Act as a product expert for a dedicated portfolio of clients
- Onboard new clients and conduct training sessions
- Conduct formal business reviews to measure renewal probability and satisfaction
- Analyze customer health and usage data to identify trends
- Use Catalyst and Tableau to manage client relationships and monitor usage
- Document client interactions to drive retention
- Drive engagement through personalized emails and marketing materials
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building and presentation skills
- Understanding of private equity and venture capital marketplaces
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
