Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of corporate client relationships following handover from the Director of Corporate Sales
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including CHROs, HR Directors, and People & Culture leaders
• Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and retention
• Lead the onboarding process for new corporate clients to ensure a seamless launch experience
• Develop and execute employee activation strategies to drive platform engagement and app downloads
• Coordinate launch events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing and events teams
• Gather client and employee feedback to provide actionable insights to internal product and partnership teams
• Support clients with usage reporting and engagement metrics to demonstrate platform ROI

Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
• Experience managing corporate clients and navigating multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Deep knowledge of the UAE market, specifically regarding lifestyle, wellness, dining, and entertainment
• Highly organized with strong project coordination and time management abilities
• UAE Driving Licence is preferred
