About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer relationships post-sale to ensure ongoing value delivery
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation to ensure successful adoption
  • Conduct weekly/biweekly syncs and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Resolve customer queries using in-depth product knowledge
  • Drive customer advocacy through referrals, testimonials, and case studies
  • Orchestrate executive dinners and micro-events to deepen engagement
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Sales teams
  • Gather product feedback and market insights to shape the product roadmap

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience targeting the US market
  • Proven track record managing mid to high ACV accounts ($60K–$200K)
  • Strong background in engineering services sales, SaaS, or AI-driven business solutions
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI-powered products
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments
