Responsibilities

  • Drive renewal strategy and execution across a shared customer book of European customers
  • Identify usage trends and lead early interventions when risk is detected
  • Recommend and coordinate cross-product expansions that solve customer pain points
  • Capture voice-of-the-customer insights to influence product roadmap and strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams
  • Lead customer demonstrations and assist with contract negotiations
  • Maintain excellent pipeline hygiene in Salesforce

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SaaS/B2B customer success or sales experience
  • Proficiency in English and Slovenian (speaking and writing)
  • Experience leading customer demonstrations and contract negotiations
  • Ability to grasp technical products and convey them through demonstrations
  • Skilled in discovery to uncover customer opportunities
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Secondary language proficiency in German, French, or Italian
  • Natural curiosity and proactivity regarding product value
  • Strong focus on goal attainment and exceeding targets
