Responsibilities
- Manage a book of existing AmLaw 100 & Magic Circle law firm accounts
- Drive retention rates, increase usage, and develop stakeholder relationships
- Become an expert in the legal segment, Octus products, and the financial restructuring industry
- Develop key relationships and drive usage by educating subscribers on best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators across accounts and strategize outreach efforts
- Act as the voice of the customer when collaborating with sales, editorial, product, and tech teams
- Work with the sales team to develop account plans and identify expansion opportunities
- Mentor other members of the Customer Success team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who is diligent, organized, and adaptable
- Experience in financial services or working with law firms is a plus
