About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from solutions while driving commercial growth.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships by developing stakeholder maps and identifying growth opportunities.
- Achieve a 20% upsell target for your portfolio by proactively identifying and engaging clients with innovative solutions.
- Develop measurable use cases for clients using the "context, actions, outcome" framework.
- Lead the co-creation of client roadmaps and ensure accurate documentation in internal systems like Dynamics.
- Drive thought leadership through webinars, workshops, and content-driven strategies to position the company as a trusted partner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics) and data analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of FMCG manufacturers and the ecommerce market.
- Ability to manage complex client portfolios and work autonomously in a high-paced environment.
