About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored success plans for each account to map platform capabilities to business goals
  • Drive product adoption post-onboarding by introducing relevant features and removing engagement barriers
  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of brand and retail accounts focusing on long-term retention and satisfaction
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and monitor account health signals to address churn risk
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues and coordinate resolutions with technical and operations teams
  • Act as an internal advocate by translating partner feedback into actionable insights for Product and Sales
  • Meet or exceed individual KPI targets including retention rate, platform adoption, and CSAT

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B relationship management
  • Experience in SaaS, logistics, distribution, or marketplace environments
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk
  • Strong understanding of order management, fulfillment workflows, and billing processes
  • Data fluency with the ability to interpret account health metrics and KPI dashboards
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Availability to work a schedule aligned to US Pacific or Eastern business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in wholesale, distribution, supply chain, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with compliance-adjacent workflows and regulatory documentation
  • Background in SaaS platform support and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with customer success methodologies like health scoring and success planning
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
