Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage performance and influencer marketing accounts to drive ROAS
• Lead performance reviews, optimizations, and growth planning for clients
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based strategic partnerships with clients
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities and account expansion
• Translate customer requirements into clear product requirements and actionable insights for the Product team
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Operations, Finance, and Product teams
• Proactively identify and improve internal account management workflows and processes

Requirements

• 5–7 years of total professional experience
• 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success
• Experience managing performance-based accounts (e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace)
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with Product teams
• Strong data literacy and comfort working with dashboards
• Exposure to SaaS or product-led environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing
• Background working in both agency and product environments
• Knowledge of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
