About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 mid-market and enterprise accounts to maximize impact and value.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, renewal negotiations, upsells, and cross-sell motions.
  • Develop and maintain multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders to align Nooks solutions with business goals.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins to share outcomes, address issues, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze customer usage and health metrics to proactively address concerns and lead expansion conversations.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by providing critical product feedback to internal teams.
  • Assist with technical support for customers as needed to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success Management experience with a proven track record in renewals.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding and support.
  • Familiarity with the sales tech stack, including tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
  • Proficiency in data analytics to proactively identify and solve customer challenges.
  • Experience working in early-stage startups and thriving in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Note: If located in PST, this role requires being in the San Francisco office 3x per week.
