About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise accounts, guiding customers through cloud-native architectures and AI-driven analytics workflows.
  • Lead C-suite whiteboard sessions to align platform capabilities with high-level business goals and ROI.
  • Develop and execute customer roadmaps that align with enterprise architecture, security requirements, and strategic business objectives.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value realization and review progress against success metrics.
  • Lead technical configuration and integration phases to accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
  • Synthesize technical feedback from the field to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate renewal risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS roles (e.g., CSM, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consulting).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native services such as Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Proficiency with major cloud providers including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and semantic layers.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and AI deployment lifecycles.
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders.
