Customer Success Manager

Mercura (YC W25) helps companies in the real world move at software speed by automating back-office work for massive industries like construction, healthcare, and energy. We are an early-stage, high-growth startup focused on using AI to solve complex manual processes in a $12 trillion market.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey end-to-end, from onboarding to long-term relationship expansion
• Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers
• Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure quick time-to-value
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product, sales, and engineering teams
• Drive product adoption through training, workshops, and best practices
• Manage accounts for retention, growth, and strategic partnerships

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting in SaaS/B2B
• Native German and fluent English
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Munich five days a week
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits

• Initial experience with construction, supply chain, or trades industries
