Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on products and services to ensure value realization
  • Bridge the gap between onboarding and product adoption
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with government and public sector stakeholders
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor metrics like NPS and execute on customer feedback
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer by communicating feedback to Product, Sales, and Support teams
  • Help customers set up and navigate the platform

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with deep B2B SaaS understanding
  • Must be a Saudi National
  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Familiarity with Customer Success Platforms (CSPs) such as ChurnZero
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-centric mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with government and public sector entities
