About the role

Responsibilities

  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to the product roadmap and improve the platform

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management in B2B SaaS
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Proven track record of managing renewals and driving revenue retention

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR tech or People Operations software
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS startup environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
