About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage customer relationships to minimize churn and identify expansion opportunities
- Own customer renewals and drive net revenue retention across a mid-market book of business
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to the product roadmap and improve the platform
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management in B2B SaaS
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Proven track record of managing renewals and driving revenue retention
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR tech or People Operations software
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS startup environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
