About the Company

Everfield specializes in the acquisition, development, and expansion of European software companies. KOST, a part of the Everfield group since September 2024, has been developing practical digital solutions for gastronomy, large kitchens, and communal catering for over two decades, including inventory management, POS, and cashless payment systems.

Responsibilities

  • Implement customer projects independently, from requirement analysis and configuration to testing, go-live, and support handover
  • Configure and implement on-premises solutions (inventory management, POS, and payment systems) to map customer business, warehouse, and billing processes
  • Act as the central point of contact for customers throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Support the support team after go-live and identify optimization potential
  • Resolve issues at the interface of IT, inventory management, and accounting (e.g., interfaces to financial accounting, billing, data migration)
  • Collaborate closely with support, product development, and sales to integrate customer feedback
  • Document configurations, processes, and handovers to improve the knowledge base

Requirements

  • Completed training in IT, commercial, or gastronomy sectors, or comparable practical experience
  • 3–6 years of professional experience in project implementation, implementation, consulting, or customer success, ideally in a B2B software environment
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Knowledge in at least one area of inventory management/ERP or accounting/finance
  • Structured, independent, and result-oriented working style
  • Very good German skills (min. C1) and solid English skills (min. B2)
  • Willingness to work at the Graz location and occasional business travel within the DACH region
