About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for approximately 40 customers
  • Develop tailored success plans to drive platform adoption and goal achievement
  • Identify and recommend additional products to increase customer revenue
  • Proactively review customer performance and address open issues
  • Work cross-functionally with Onboarding and Customer Growth teams
  • Provide strategic guidance and tactical support to technical and non-technical users
  • Contribute product feedback to enhance customer engagement
  • Utilize AI to transform workflows and build smarter systems

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer success experience
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Proven ability to explain software goals to end users
  • Background in marketing or marketing strategy advising
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and Google Sheets
  • Experience managing relationships through Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • Ability to discuss account renewals, upgrades, and cancellations
  • Experience with email marketing or E-Commerce platforms is a plus
