About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for approximately 40 customers
- Develop tailored success plans to drive platform adoption and goal achievement
- Identify and recommend additional products to increase customer revenue
- Proactively review customer performance and address open issues
- Work cross-functionally with Onboarding and Customer Growth teams
- Provide strategic guidance and tactical support to technical and non-technical users
- Contribute product feedback to enhance customer engagement
- Utilize AI to transform workflows and build smarter systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer success experience
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to explain software goals to end users
- Background in marketing or marketing strategy advising
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and Google Sheets
- Experience managing relationships through Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Ability to discuss account renewals, upgrades, and cancellations
- Experience with email marketing or E-Commerce platforms is a plus
