About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to government customers, developing tailored account strategies to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Own the end-to-end account lifecycle, including proactive renewal management and negotiating expansion opportunities.
- Drive product adoption by providing targeted training and translating technical updates into practical value for users.
- Monitor and report on key success metrics such as churn reduction, expansion revenue, and CSAT.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Support teams to influence product direction.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and perform occasional travel (15-20% annually) for customer visits and conferences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS startup.
- Proven track record of managing complex accounts, driving renewals, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate multiple decision-makers.
- Proficiency with tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for a remote environment.
- Ability to travel 15-20% annually for client meetings and industry events.
