About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary bridge between clients and technology, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing value from the Insider One platform
- Help clients understand their needs and match them with the most effective features and products
- Monitor and facilitate customer adoption of technology while providing full technical support in collaboration with engineers and product specialists
- Develop and maintain key account plans to identify opportunities for increasing client value
- Establish trusted advisor relationships to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Proactively provide feedback to the team regarding market trends, unmet needs, and partnership opportunities
- Plan strategies to help customers meet objectives and drive resolution on escalated issues
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
- Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent listening abilities
- Fluency in both English and French
- Superior project and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced startup environment
- A self-motivated approach with a passion for testing and improving outreach effectiveness
