About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary bridge between clients and technology, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing value from the Insider One platform
  • Help clients understand their needs and match them with the most effective features and products
  • Monitor and facilitate customer adoption of technology while providing full technical support in collaboration with engineers and product specialists
  • Develop and maintain key account plans to identify opportunities for increasing client value
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Proactively provide feedback to the team regarding market trends, unmet needs, and partnership opportunities
  • Plan strategies to help customers meet objectives and drive resolution on escalated issues

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent listening abilities
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Superior project and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A self-motivated approach with a passion for testing and improving outreach effectiveness
