About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for assigned healthcare customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across both business and technical functions.
  • Monitor customer health and engagement to identify risks and opportunities for improving the customer experience.
  • Support customers throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial onboarding through ongoing utilization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Operations, and Delivery teams to support customer initiatives.
  • Lead regular customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions to align solutions with evolving customer needs.
  • Coordinate resolution efforts for customer concerns, operational issues, and escalations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience working with healthcare data, such as claims, EHR, clinical, provider, or payer datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise-level customers.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data delivery workflows and data operations processes.
  • Experience working with technical teams and the ability to translate complex technical topics for customers.
  • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, Snowflake, AWS, or business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
