About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for assigned healthcare customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across both business and technical functions.
- Monitor customer health and engagement to identify risks and opportunities for improving the customer experience.
- Support customers throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial onboarding through ongoing utilization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Operations, and Delivery teams to support customer initiatives.
- Lead regular customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions to align solutions with evolving customer needs.
- Coordinate resolution efforts for customer concerns, operational issues, and escalations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a related customer-facing role.
- Proven experience working with healthcare data, such as claims, EHR, clinical, provider, or payer datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise-level customers.
- Familiarity with healthcare data delivery workflows and data operations processes.
- Experience working with technical teams and the ability to translate complex technical topics for customers.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, Snowflake, AWS, or business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
