About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive customer engagement with Informa TechTarget products focusing on adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Onboard and enable customers on product functionalities and capabilities
- Investigate customer workflows and technology stacks
- Uncover ideal KPIs, metrics of success, and areas of opportunity
- Consult customers on appropriate use cases of data and products to achieve KPIs
- Drive usage and identify recommendations for integration strategies
- Build narratives and presentations to showcase client success and optimization areas
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide strategic guidance
- Present and communicate with end users, marketing management, and executives
- Escalate client challenges and concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of customer-facing experience in customer success or support
- Experience in software or Sales/Marketing environments
- Experience onboarding clients to SaaS products preferred
- Knowledge of B2B digital marketing, ad tech, and marketing automation
- Knowledge of lead generation, demand generation, and content marketing
- Strong sales orientation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask several product and client engagements
