About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through email, phone calls, and meetings
- Onboard customers to LIONS Intelligence products and own the client lifecycle
- Identify and nurture upsell and cross-selling opportunities
- Drive engagement with the product portfolio and promote upcoming events
- Meet and exceed KPI targets for customer meeting activity
- Manage projects regarding team collaboration and engagement strategies
- Record key customer insights and usage data in Salesforce
- Deliver tailored workshops to ensure product integration into client business processes
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management)
- Interest in the advertising, marketing, and creativity industry
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving and storytelling
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
