About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through email, phone calls, and meetings
  • Onboard customers to LIONS Intelligence products and own the client lifecycle
  • Identify and nurture upsell and cross-selling opportunities
  • Drive engagement with the product portfolio and promote upcoming events
  • Meet and exceed KPI targets for customer meeting activity
  • Manage projects regarding team collaboration and engagement strategies
  • Record key customer insights and usage data in Salesforce
  • Deliver tailored workshops to ensure product integration into client business processes

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management)
  • Interest in the advertising, marketing, and creativity industry
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving and storytelling
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
