About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SMB dealership accounts through regular engagement and business reviews.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Parts Managers and General Managers.
- Analyze account performance to provide data-driven recommendations for sales and conversion improvements.
- Identify customer risks and proactively execute retention and recovery plans.
- Partner with Consulting, Marketing, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and action plans in Salesforce.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, including generating meeting summaries and account insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the automotive dealership industry.
- Background in eCommerce, digital marketing, or SaaS customer success.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker, Excel, or other reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and workflow automation.
