About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB dealership accounts through regular engagement and business reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Parts Managers and General Managers.
  • Analyze account performance to provide data-driven recommendations for sales and conversion improvements.
  • Identify customer risks and proactively execute retention and recovery plans.
  • Partner with Consulting, Marketing, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and action plans in Salesforce.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, including generating meeting summaries and account insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the automotive dealership industry.
  • Background in eCommerce, digital marketing, or SaaS customer success.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker, Excel, or other reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools and workflow automation.
