About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with US insurance customers to understand goals across pricing, underwriting and portfolio management
  • Own customer health across a portfolio, tracking adoption, risks, and actions
  • Support renewal and expansion planning by identifying commercial signals
  • Lead customer engagements including QBRs, value reviews, and workshops
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders from day-to-day users to senior sponsors
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Business Value Consulting teams
  • Capture and share customer feedback to improve product and delivery
  • Contribute to repeatable CS processes like success planning and health reporting

Requirements

  • Experience building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders
  • Proven track record supporting renewals, risk management, or expansion conversations
  • Experience leading QBRs, value reviews, or success planning sessions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams
  • Proficiency using data and customer health metrics to prioritize actions
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
