Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Become a Fieldwire product expert to guide clients through platform configuration and best practices
• Understand client construction needs and tech stacks to integrate Fieldwire into daily workflows
• Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers to improve platform usage and processes
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with Fieldwire clients
• Conduct web-based and in-person training sessions and demonstrations
• Collaborate with the product team to communicate customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional construction experience, preferably in field or office management roles
• Fluency in both German and English
• Must be based in Austria
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage everyone from tradesmen to senior managers
• Solid understanding of construction processes from design to completion
• Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for team meetings
