About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased engagement.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate customer risks by monitoring adoption metrics and sentiment analysis.
  • Enable customers to realize the full value of the Highspot platform and articulate that value across their organization.
  • Multi-thread with stakeholders across Enablement, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and IT to accomplish goals.
  • Collaborate with Account Management partners on account strategy, execution, and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Deliver essential customer-facing milestones, including Mutual Value Plans, Solution Health Reviews, and Strategic Business Reviews.
  • Coordinate internally across engineering, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure technical maturity.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in consulting, services, customer success, or account management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in Customer Success Management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex problems for executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to consult with customers at all levels of seniority to understand business goals.
  • Strong background in project management and organizing complex customer engagements across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create structure and process for large enterprise customers.
