About the Company
Granola is building the leading AI-powered notepad for people in back-to-back meetings, helping teams turn messy call notes into structured insight to reduce administrative overhead.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a book of business across business, enterprise, and high-potential accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Run high-touch onboarding for strategic accounts, including custom kickoffs with Sales and Recruitment
- Act as a deep product expert and trusted advisor to help customers design workflows and change management around AI note-taking
- Take technical ownership of AI integrations and setup as the product evolves
- Contribute to the CS playbook, including processes, metrics, and account segmentation
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership to integrate customer insights into the roadmap
Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success (ideally 5+)
- 2+ years managing a consistent book of business through the full post-sales lifecycle
- Experience in PLG or high-velocity SaaS environments
- Proficiency with modern SaaS and GTM stacks (e.g., Attio, Stripe, Juro, Omni)
- Based in the US and able to work from the San Francisco office 5 days a week
- No visa sponsorship available
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI tooling or integrations
- Experience at an early-stage company helping to shape the CS function
