About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely technical information, advice, and assistance regarding payment products and services.
- Respond to client inquiries, assess technical needs, and suggest appropriate solutions or alternative products.
- Conduct research to resolve moderately complex client issues using established issue resolution methodologies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and deep product knowledge.
- Analyze client-initiated changes and maintenance requests, providing consultation on best practices.
- Translate technical issues and project requests for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Develop functional requirements and specifications to support client customizations or system changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience consulting with clients to meet specific business needs.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate technical changes in easy-to-understand business terms.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to use judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues of moderate scope.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience within the credit card or payments industry.
