About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely technical information, advice, and assistance regarding payment products and services.
  • Respond to client inquiries, assess technical needs, and suggest appropriate solutions or alternative products.
  • Conduct research to resolve moderately complex client issues using established issue resolution methodologies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and deep product knowledge.
  • Analyze client-initiated changes and maintenance requests, providing consultation on best practices.
  • Translate technical issues and project requests for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop functional requirements and specifications to support client customizations or system changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience consulting with clients to meet specific business needs.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate technical changes in easy-to-understand business terms.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to use judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues of moderate scope.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience within the credit card or payments industry.
