About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely technical advice and assistance regarding payment products and services.
- Respond to client inquiries, assess technical needs, and suggest appropriate solutions or alternative products.
- Conduct research to resolve moderately complex client issues using established issue resolution methodologies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and deep product knowledge.
- Analyze client-initiated changes and maintenance requests, providing consultation on best practices.
- Translate technical client issues and project requests into functional requirements for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in technical calls with account management, vendors, and clients to track and resolve outstanding issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in client consulting to meet specific business needs.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex changes in simple business terms.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to use judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues of moderate scope.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous experience working within the credit card or payments industry.
