About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and retain at-risk customers through phone, email, and relationship management
  • Conduct investigations into customer support history and perform needs analyses
  • Manage high-volume pricing reviews and negotiate sustainable pricing plans and contract extensions
  • Address customer escalations and respond to NPS feedback to resolve concerns
  • Educate new accounts on the complexities of integrated processing
  • Collaborate with Client Care and Pricing Analysis teams to address customer requests
  • Act as a central point of contact for high-profile customers and internal departments

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Strong organization and analytical abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to learn new technologies
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter capable of meeting KPIs and service level agreement standards
  • Ability to present periodically to peers and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in the Credit Card Industry
  • 1+ years of experience in account management or sales
  • Proficiency in GSuite, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
