About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers to align with their business goals and strategy
- Influence the customer lifecycle by mapping journeys, standardizing touchpoints, and advocating for customer needs internally
- Maintain customer usage, adoption, and consumption data to create health scores
- Partner with Sales, Channel Partners, and Renewals teams to identify expansion opportunities and ensure alignment
- Increase subscription revenue retention, renewal rates, and reduce churn
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to deliver an exceptional experience
- Capture and convey customer feedback to drive continuous product and service improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, ideally within a recurring revenue business model
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, and networking markets
- Professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese for business and technical conversations
- Must reside in the Sao Paulo, Brazil area
