About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers to align with their business goals and strategy
  • Influence the customer lifecycle by mapping journeys, standardizing touchpoints, and advocating for customer needs internally
  • Maintain customer usage, adoption, and consumption data to create health scores
  • Partner with Sales, Channel Partners, and Renewals teams to identify expansion opportunities and ensure alignment
  • Increase subscription revenue retention, renewal rates, and reduce churn
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to deliver an exceptional experience
  • Capture and convey customer feedback to drive continuous product and service improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, ideally within a recurring revenue business model
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, and networking markets
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese for business and technical conversations
  • Must reside in the Sao Paulo, Brazil area
