About the role

Responsibilities

  • Foster client relationships and manage a portfolio of clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily customer service operations across email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports and findings for executive-level meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve complex challenges with professionalism.
  • Train and supervise customer service representatives to foster a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and drive sales conversations.
  • Utilize customer service software including Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains, and Asana.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales Operations experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of the LED signage or LED architectural lighting industry is a plus.
