Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of client organizations and build strong relationships with multiple contacts
• Contribute to the contract renewal process to ensure business retention and growth
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
• Ensure customer contractual requirements are met and resolve issues promptly
• Liaise with trading and support teams to monitor and escalate technical or operational issues
• Monitor customer performance against SLAs and report findings via KPI reports
• Use analytical skills to solve complex problems across global business areas
• Formalize and analyze regular client feedback systems to provide improvement recommendations
• Manage customer and contract data within the CRM to ensure accurate revenue forecasting

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years proven success in a B2B commercial role
• Experience in the sports betting or sports technology industry preferred
• Experience contributing to end-to-end sales processes for high-value strategic customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills
• Highly organized and data-driven with excellent attention to detail
• Technical proficiency in Excel and Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Willingness to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice
• Passion for sports and/or sports betting
